Cups are fun. I'm learning to hold my own. This picture is from last Saturday's Salt Lick trip. Please visit my friend Keira's website for a picture of me and my friend. I bet Grandma S. has pictures from earlier in the day. Hint Hint Grandma.

Here are some more pictures from my great outdoor adventures. We have at least three families in the backyard: the anole, the Red Admiral butterfly (thanks for the correction Grandpa S.), and the mockingbirds. I'm a little concerned for the baby mockingbird in the picture. She's learning to fly just like I'm learning to walk.

Mommy and Daddy got me this super book for Easter. I carry it all around the house. They don't mind if I chew this one. That's good because I've gotten in trouble for biting a piece out of the living room blinds, eating one of Mommy's books, and trying to get Daddy's computer cord. I can't help thatI'm finally getting two more bottom teeth; I need the practice.

Well Hello from Texas! I realize that some of you may be living in cold parts unknown, but down here everything is great. The weather is so nice. I like to lounge out on my back porch catching some rays. Well not to many rays, Mommy says too much sun is no good for a girl like me. Still I gets what I can. What can I say, the weather is fine and I love this outdoors thing, I just hope it won't get too hot. How hot can it get? Really? Nooooo, That hot? Gonna be a long summer kids...stay tuned.
Mommy's friend Allyssa came to visit me all the way from Fort Worth. We had some fresh fruit, hashbrowns, and omelets. Yummy Yummy. I loved Allyssa's shoes because they were all sparkly. Look how happy I am in this picture. It's because I've just tasted my first bug. Mommy didn't let me swallow it though.

Well I'm not really walking, but I'm standing quite well on my own. This is the first time I stood in shoes. I'm not sure about shoes, but I love to chew on shoelaces. Don't worry, soon I will be chasing after the green aloes that live in our yard. This is the male. I watched the female yesterday for twenty minutes. This going outside thing is sure neat.
There are just so many interesting things outside. On Sunday, Daddy and I were working in the yard and saw a lizard. Yesterday, Mommy and I were watering the flowers and spotted a squirrel, a tree frog, and several birds. Today Mommy, Daddy, and I went for a walk at dusk. Mommy said "look a snake". Daddy replied, "no, it's just a piece of rope." Then Daddy looked at it and saw that it really was a snake. Daddy said that he thought it was dead, but then it started moving. That snake was longer then me. I didn't get to carefully study it, but I think it was a southwestern rat snake. Click here for a picture and more information about this facinating creature. http://www.mcmartinville.com/chris/reptiles/trips/texas/sp_rat.htm I think Mommy liked it more than Daddy though.

The past week has been full of vistors and fun adventures. First, my little cousins came for a visit. Well, everyone else said they were little but at 6 and 7 they seemed pretty big to me. I also talked and played with Rebecca, but Mommy got mad when I tried to climb in the bouncer with her. Mommy, I thought there would be room for two.
You looking at me? Are YOU looking at me? Aint no one else here, you must be looking at me.
That's right I'm a tough guy and don't you forget it! You see de other day we wuz playing at the library, the Mommy and I, when a big bully came over and try to steal everyone's toys. Well I couldn't stand for dat. So I get me two other kids, yuh see, and when I gave the signal all three of us pounce on the girl. Oh we didn't hurt her I assure you, but she'll think twice before stealing toys again.

Hehehehe. I've been giggling all day. Oh what a day it was. Aunt Breana and Mommy took me to the library and we got to sing all crazy songs. That Aunt Bre is so sweet. Next Daddy came home and he tickled' me, and tickled me and tickled me. The man has no mercy. He just wanted to see me giggle. So I did -- well I had to appease the man. Anyway -- I learned its a pretty good day when you can laugh all the way through it.

Hello, Don't really have too much to say, except I am back in health and eating like there is no tomorrow. I have discovered a great love of the snow pea. And there's always my old favorite chicken. Mommy says it is to get my weight back. Daddy says I have inherited the Muller appetite. Either way I sure do enjoy eating lately. By the way, whats's this picture have to do with my appetite? Nothing, I just like it! Talk to you later...Baby out!

Daddy had a birthday about a week ago. We went to eat at his favorite restaurant in the Austin area. It has a really funny name--The Salt Lick. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a salt lick a big block of salt you put out for cows? Hmmm--does that mean we only got to eat salt? Not what you'd call a healthy diet, for sure!

What a busy day--I spent most of it eating! I had such a surprise this morning because when I got up Grandpa S was here--along with Mortimer. Maud and Artemis arrived last night. Auntie Bre Bre and Uncle Matthew dropped them off so Grandma could dog sit while they went to visit friends. Grandma fixed papas huevos (potatoes and eggs, for those of you who don't speak Spanish) and I ate lots of scrambled eggs today and a third of a jar of applesauce.
Today was really great! My friend Keira and I finally got to play. We went to visit Keira and her Mummy at her house. We got to play with her toys. She even has her own set of keys, and do they ever make good teething chews. Grandma said she might have to find some for me.
