Sometimes Daddy and I play ball and sometimes we cook. Sometimes he gives me a bath and sometimes I give him kisses. Every once in a while we just sit on the couch and relax.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanksgiving is one of those times when families do fun stuff. I thought I'd show you what kinds of fun stuff some of my family likes to do today. It's pretty warm here in this picture as you can see by how the cousins are dressed. Brittney recently celebrated her birthday and Ashlee loaned her the pads and helmet so she can learn to use her new inline skates. Grandma S says this is a great day since we can play outside! My Thanksgiving is a little cooler and a little wetter, but more about that later. Suffice it to say I'm having fun with my cousin and he's learning what a small, but determined, young girl likes to do when she feels like playing.
Everybody have a great day and celebrate it with the ones you love, either in person or on the phone!

A New Friend?
Today Mommy and I went over to Grant's house. Mommy and Grant's Daddy Brad went to college together. Grant's house had lots of cool toys including a slide, a teetor-totter, and lots of puzzles. The very best was this car. Grant didn't like it so much when I borrowed his car. However, I gave him a superduper Victoria kiss. Do you think that made it all right? Next time we visit Grandma I hope we can play again or maybe he'll come to play at my house.

Texas Traveler
I've been doing a lot of traveling lately, and it sure is fun. Last week I went to visit Grandma S and the cousins and Keira and her Mommy. It's a long car trip, but car rides recently got a lot better since I finally get to see where we're going instead of where we've been. Facing forward has other advantages, too. I get to see Mommy and Daddy and that makes me put on a big smile!Another kind of traveling I like to do is have someone take me for a ride in my stroller. As you can see, I can climb in all by myself and I've just about figured out how to buckle myself in. Do you think the big people around me have figured out yet what I want when I get in the stroller? Unfortunately, not all of the time. Someone even tried to hide it in the laundry room, but you can see I found it.
Another kind of traveling I really love to do is walk and run and run and walk. I will even tolerate wearing shoes if I can do this out of doors. I love to go outside and Mommy and Daddy take me out a lot. Grandma S has this great big driveway that is fun to run around on. I had to wear a coat with a hood, though, as it got a little cold.
The only traveling I've done I wasn't too excited about was when we visited San Antonio and we road on something called a river boat. On it, traveling was not so thrilling. Maybe when I'm older.
Do you suppose there are other ways to travel? Maybe some day I'll get to find out.

Halloween Adventures

Wow! Can you believe it? There's this holiday where you get to dress up like somebody or something else. Like lots and lots of kids get dressed up. The cousins and I wore something Grandma S called costumes. I got to be a ladybug, as you can see. Mama tried to put on my shoes, but I said, "Mommy, those shoes belong with the jazz dancer costume."
Ashlee was a clown and Brittney was Cinderella. After we got all dressed and had our makeup on, Mom loaded me in the stroller and everyone donned their coats and then the true fun began!
You see, on Grandma's street there are lots and lots of houses. Some of them had their porch lights on and we would go to the door and ring the doorbell or knock. Ashlee and Brittney took turns saying some words--I think they said Trick or Treat or something like that. Anyway, the most amazing thing happened because people would just give us stuff. Most of the stuff was candy, so I didn't get that. Some houses had raisins and I love those. One house even had Play Doh so we each got a jar of it. Pretty neat, huh! And the best part is that they tell me it happens every year!I have to tell you, though, it was cold! It was in the mid 40s here and I'm used to a bit warmer weather. My hood has been on my head a lot here.
