Nebraska Part II

This is a four generation picture at my Great-Grandma's house. We had one taken last summer too, remember this http://victoriajmuller.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html Not much changed right, but I grew a lot of hair. I loved playing and I was so dirty Grandma had to throw me in the bath. Now was that very nice to do to me?

Nebraska Part I

This is Oma, Grandpa, and me in Nebraska. Notice that Oma's living room is the same color as mine. Mommy says they were painted that way in the same year and they didn't even know. Spooky. On another note, I had a great time playing kick ball.

My Buddy

Howdy all!. I just wanted y'all to see my buddy, Peyton. Since he got here a week ago, we've been doing everything together. Like playing and eating and playing outside. I mean what else is there to do? And, even though he is a boy, he's not a bad kid. he even lent me his hat. Frankly I think I look better in it than he looked in my pink hat. But thats the great thing about Pey, no matter what happens he always give it his all with a goofy smile to boot. I sure will miss the big lug...

confused

So, there I was the other day. Just sitting at the table minding my own business when all of a sudden grandpa came up and sat down to my right. But here's the interesting part -- a few seconds later grandpa came over and sat on my left. But grandpa was still sitting on my right! O,K so like grandpa was on both sides of me. What's a girl to do?? Oh well I just enjoyed my 2 Grandpas!!!!

There goes the neighborhood

Yo Yo Dawg, check this out. Look who came to visit. Its Grandma and grandpa Muller! and they brought cousin Peyton along for the ride. I don't know if I'm going to like this. I'm already the top dawg in my house. Why do I need any competition? I mean look at this picture. He's got my talking nursery ryhme book. Well of all the nerve... Still he seem to be an OK guy. Even brings my milk when I cry. I'll give him a chance and see how things develop!

Well sorry it to so long to publish, but I was sick and then I have been busy cleaning up the house for Peyton to come. But more of that later. Let me tell ypou about this birthday scam... All my friends came over gave me presents -- like pretty blue paper and Daddy even let me eat a whole cup-cake... by myself! It was prettty fun, I hope we don't have to wait another year just to do it again.

Party Guests

For those of you that may not know, I'm having a birthday party on Saturday. Yeah! Almost twenty people are coming (though only a few are my age). Looks like we'll have another guest too. This was my first glimpse this year. Mommy and I were very happy to see our old friend.
UPDATE: Daddy informed me I can not take the lizard with me to the party.

Magical Hat

The other day I was a little bored and decided to play with one of Mommy's hats. And wouldn't you know it, not just an ordinary hat -- it's a magical hat! No really. It's a hat of invisibility! You see when you put it on its makes everything invisible. Seriously, it's true. Just look at the photographic evidence! Once I put it on -- I couldn't see anything. MAGIC!

Reading

Mommy wasn't feeling well, so we didn't go to church Sunday or today. However, I still kept up on current religious topics with my new favorite magazine. It's not as interesting as pastor, but it'll do in a pinch.

The sheep Says "baa baa"

Hmm look at this picture. At first glance it may look like the Tickler caught Monkeygirl and trapped her in his zanny rubber prison. But this is not so.. No it's a moonwalk silly! and Saturday mommy Daddy and I went to the park and they had all sorts of neat things there. Like this moonwalk. Kids off all sizes were bouncing up and down, while I just held on for dear life :) There was also a neat lady there who was making tortillas out of corn?!?! Tortillas out of corn, what will they think of next? The best part, which Daddy didn't get any picture cause his battery ran out, was the petting zoo. There were lots of zanny ducks waddling around and a goat that got a little too friendly with yours truly. Plus there was a littl ole pig who squealed any time a kid got close. Lastly, there was this black sheep, no really he was black. He kept on saying baa baa. Who would have thought? All those books Daddy and Mommy read to me were right, the sheep really do go baa baa.

Color My Week

Grandma S has been in town, and it sure has been fun! We started off one day for our favorite Chinese restaurant. I think I'll say color that day purple and green, cuz that's the color of my cup. As you can tell, I really, really loved the food. Grandma gets this stuff called Island Fried Rice with shrimp that she shares with me. I LOVE rice and carrots and fried egg and pineapple--well, maybe not the pineapple so much. I did get to eat a part of a shrimp, though, and that was pretty darn good.
Then we got in the car and drove home. Mommy rushed into the house to get something done and left Grandma to get me out of the car. Since I'm so big now, she figured I could just get unbuckled and crawl out to go in the house with her, but I fooled her! The minute I realized I was a free agent, I immediately climbed out of my seat as far away from Grandma as I could get. You can color me pink (and yellow) then, just like the Play-Doh I'm playing with in the picture .

Later we got back in the house and I decided I was hungry again. This time you can color me red because I got caught with a box of raisins in the living room--a definite NO NO, Peyton, just in case you were wondering. Oh, well, just like the shirt says, "No means GO ASK GRANDMA!"

Of boosters and things...

What ARE you looking at?? Never seen a toddler in a booster before? Don't get me wrong I still love the old high chair, but I'm a growing girl and its time I left such things behind. This booster is where it's at. It's hip. It's cool. Best of all it's easy to get into. Who says the two's have to be so terrible?

Every Rose has it thorns

Ya know sometimes you just have to stop and smell the roses -- literally! Yesterday, I was outside in the backyard doing what I do best--running amok! When I noticed that Daddy's old ugly bush had beautiful roses all over it. And that wasn't even the best part. No sir indeed, the best part was the smell. Oh! I got lost in the beautiful fragrance of it all. You know what I just had to have one of these ROSES. So, I went to get one. That was my first and last mistake. Let me tell you about a thing called thorns. Ouch! Guess it kinda makes sense. I mean if you created something as perefect as a rose, wouldn't you put in a self-defense mechanism?

Eggcellent

Well welcome to another holiday edition of TMoOVM. Yesterday was Easter and oh what fun we had. First off we got to dye Easter eggs. When Daddy put the eggs out I went to grab one and eat it. How was I supposed to know we were dying them? Seemed like a perfectly good waste of egg to me. Next we went to church and I got to sing the OLLIE lulu's. It was quite fun. Then we came home and found eggs stuffed with candy all over the house, but Daddy wouldn't let me eat the tootsie rolls (I'll get you Daddy!) Next, Grandma made a HUGE meal with a roast beast as the centerpiece.

That was fine but I really liked the strawberries with fresh whipped cream. Then we got to play Daddy's wii. It's Daddy's new toy and I'm glad he is sharing it with the other kids. After that everybody had to go home :(

And can you believe it they left a perfectly good apple pie on the table, well I could not let it go to waste -- could I??

Whew it was a long day. After all that I just had to cuddle up with a good book and drift away to sleep.

It had to happen...

Yes, yes, yes it's Spring in Austin.
So that can mean only one thing, thousdands of Mommies and Daddies taking their kids out to get their picture taken in the bluebonnets.
For you Yankees out there -- HOW COULD YOU LOSE TO THE DEVIL RAYS?! --
I mean for all you Northerners, Bluebonnets are Texas wildflowers that grow by darn near every highway down here. It's a rite of passage to get your picture taken with them and the true sign of spring. Course with this weather you never know it. It was nippy and I had to wear a sweatshirt! HMPH you call this a Texas spring? Must have something to do with that Daylight Savings Time...

Daddy and me

This is the Daddy. He's kinda goofy, but I've decided he's pretty nice. Mommy used to do most of the meals, but now Daddy does it more. He also plays with me in the backyard and goes with me to my friend Hannah's so that we can blow bubbles. I also like the wrestling, I can take him two out of three. And don't forget the baths. All in all, I think I'll keep him.

Post for March 32nd

We apologize for the lack of story on the current post. We have run out of ideas and cute anedoctes and we will be discontinuing the text versions of our posts effective NOW!

Mehh!!!! Whats this??
A picture without a story?
My blog appears to be having
a technical difficulty or two.

Is this what my readers have come searching for? I think perhaps, just perhaps, Daddy and I need to talk. Remind him of what I call the "good ole days"when we used original stories to entertain our steadfast readers.

... Or maybe Daddy was playing an April Fools on everyone??
